Hotel Jaegerhof Kettwig - Essen

I loved this hotel's stylish decor and antique look mixed with modern touches. The rooms were clean and spacious with practical bathrooms. The location was perfect, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The breakfast was delicious with fresh bread, cheese, cold meats and fruit. The hotel staff was friendly and communicative, making for a nice stay.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The rooms were very clean and cozy, and the view was nice. the continental breakfast was a great deal and offered lots of options, including fresh eggs. the location was perfect, being close to shops, restaurants, and a beautiful river.

We had a little trouble with the temperature in the room on the first night, but the manager was very helpful in fixing it. the walk to the train station was a bit longer than expected, but still manageable.

The hotel location is great, really close to shops and restaurants, and with a nice view of the surrounding area from the windows. the rooms are also really clean and comfortable, with a great bathroom and a really friendly manager. Breakfast is good too, with fresh bread and a nice selection of cold meats and cheeses.

It's a shame that there were some cleanliness issues with the shower and toilet doors, which really need a deep clean.

We had a bit of trouble finding someone to check us in when we arrived, and the construction in the area made sitting outside less enjoyable. while the overall cleanliness was good, we did notice that the toilet and shower doors could use a more thorough cleaning.
